Hello and welcome! I am Sangita, the Founder and Director of FernCare Hub.
When I started this hub, I didn’t want to build just another corporate, checkbox disability service. I wanted to create a warm, deeply human community right here in South East Melbourne—a place where NDIS participants and their families feel like they are partnering with a trusted friend who genuinely cares about their future.
A Decade of Frontline & Educational Expertise
When you partner with FernCare Hub, you are supported by more than just good intentions. I bring over ten years of hands-on experience in frontline community services and vocational training to every single session we run.
Beyond working directly in the field, I have spent years shaping the next generation of community workers as a Vocational Trainer and Assessor for the Diploma of Community Services. Teaching compliance, NDIS practice standards, and ethical care means that I know the system inside and out. I know how to maximize the value of your plan, and more importantly, I know what high-quality, safe, and dignified care looks like in practice.
Because I currently run our sessions personally, that high standard of expertise is baked into every single interaction.
